Back2Life Machine Reviews: Not What I Expected

Back2life Machine was regarded as an authority a few years back, with a hefty price tag and a considerable promise that this machine is capable of completely curing back pain in just 24 minutes.

To find out whether the claim was true, I purchased the product.

Hi! I’m Jeremy, I’m 32, and I’ve been suffering from back pain for the past 8 months (chronic back pain, to be exact).

The pain started out normal but continued to worsen day by day. I was finding it very hard to work, and it’s been months since I had a good sleep.

I consulted doctors. What they were doing was just prescribing over-the-counter painkillers all the time, which was nothing but a short-term relief.

Even Chiropractic treatments did not work!

Thankfully, I was not feeling any sciatica symptoms, just the back pain, so I wanted to get rid of the pain before it leads to any sciatica symptoms.

So that’s where I found out about Back2life; after doing some research about the machine, I found many mixed thoughts about it.

Anyways, I kept that 24 minutes claimed in my mind and bought the machine, and here are my results.

What Is This Back2life Machine?

Back2life Machine

Back2life is a continuous motion massager, which helps relieve discomfort, takes the pressure off the spine (sort of), and improves mobility; you just have to lie back and enjoy while it does the job for you.

All this without aggressive kneading or any type of stretchings.

12 minutes in the morning and 12 in the evening, and that’s it, all done, that is what they said.

This machine will not work great for the ones who are suffering or have suffered:

  • Hip or spine injury.
  • Chronic back pain.
  • Hip pain.
  • Phlebitis.
  • Thrombosis.

However, if you’re interested in using it, it’s best to consult with a physician beforehand (which I did).

What’s Included With Back2life Machine?

There is not much included, to be honest,

They promised to have:

  • User Manual
  • Quick Start Guide
  • Informational Brochure
  • Instructional DVD

  • Ankle Weights
  • Posture Fit Pillow
  • Comfort Mat

Without taking the add-ons into account, there is not much included, especially for its price tag.

Who Is This Back2life Machine For?

Lower Back Pain

The company claims that it will perfectly work for the ones suffering from Back Pain.

However, there is no clear indication and results on its effectiveness for people who are suffering from chronic back pain or any other type of severe back pain.

This is where I failed to do more research.

Also, if you’re over 300lbs (forgive me) or 136kg for my non-American readers, you should not use this machine because they’ve clearly indicated not to do so.

Pregnant women should also stay away from this machine.

But before you do anything, just make sure to get an OK from a physician or a doctor.

Back2life Machine Cost

This machine is not cheap by any means, as I said before it’s on the expensive side.

And with the add-ons, you might have to pay even more, but it’s up to you.

I purchased everything for $200, which includes the Ankle Weights, Posture Fit Pillow and the Comfort Mat.

+$30 for shipping and no money-back guarantee

Where Can I Buy Back2life Machine?

For no reason, it’s extremely hard to find a brand new one. It took me two days to find a brand new one from a third-party eBay seller.

It’s always out of stock on Amazon; other than used machines, a brand new Back2life machine is nowhere to be seen.

It’s simply hard to find one; I don’t know whether they’ve ended production or something.

eBay might have one or two used machines.

Unless you’re OK with a used machine, you might find it extremely difficult to get a new one.

My Experience With Back2life Machine (I Decided To Give Up!)

Not Recommended

Since the day I got this machine, my life’s been a nightmare, to be honest.

The first thing is I paid $200 for everything but failed to receive the Posture Fit Pillow and the Comfort Mat.

Which was so disappointing, but thankfully even though there was no money-back guarantee, the seller said to contact him if there’s any problem, But that guy, knowing that I might’ve received the product, never answered my call.

However, there was every necessary paperwork that the machine was meant to come with.

After getting over it, I decided to try the machine out. I’m 6’ft tall, so I decided to set the machine to 6’3 and laid on the floor, and 10 minutes have gone by, but no effects whatsoever.

I did everything perfectly, as mentioned in the DVD, and read everything in the manual; I don’t know what was going wrong.

So I decided to do it in the evening, the same thing again.

And after day three of using the machine, I felt numbness in my legs and feet, and I felt a bit of relief.

I was so happy throughout the day, and suddenly the next day, the pain worsened; I couldn’t even stand up or sit properly. It was so painful I couldn’t handle it.

Before using this machine, I was OK and never felt a pain like this; I don’t know what happened exactly.

Before buying the product, I read reviews saying, “This only worsens the pain,” even then, I purchased the product.

It was such a nightmarish experience for me with this machine.

I don’t know what went wrong, it failed me, but the results might be different for you, who knows!

But the thing is, finding one can be nerve-racking, and you can’t also believe the sellers these days even if you opt for a used machine, so be mindful before purchasing one.

Pros and Cons of Back2life Machine

  • Easy-to-use
  • Relaxing while being used

  • Extremely hard to find one
  • Results can vary drastically (probably works for 4 out of 10)
  • Extremely Expensive for what it does, just a vibrator
  • You can also do stretching separately.

A Better Alternative To Back2life Machine

Erase My Back Pain
             Check this out for yourself

After visiting chiropractors for about a month on a regular basis, I’ve had enough of spending $50 to $65 each session.

One of my neighbors suggested I try out a yoga class, and I did it, and it was great, I mean really great, while on the third day of my class, a lady suggested an online yoga program named Erase my back pain, and she said it is a great program that is even able to alleviate sciatic pain.

So I came back home and this time did my research thoroughly, and I very hardly witnessed a negative review about this program, so I thought, Why Not!

The program was relatively cheap, too, coming in at $37 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, so there was nothing to lose.

While my back pain was not too severe, this program ultimately got rid of my pain in just 3 weeks which was awesome.

And after almost a year of suffering this nuisance, I can happily live my life hereafter.

Here is where I found out everything about this program.

Back2life might have been great in the past, but there are many ways to alleviate back pain or even sciatic pain to today’s standards.

And Because of the fact that this machine is a continuous motion massager, there is no guarantee that it can work for everyone.

Plus, the machine is also extremely difficult to find online.

Anyways it’s up to you, but my alternative is a great way to relieve any type of back pain, so make sure to take a look at it.

  1. Trust me, back2life is NOT worth it. Didn’t like it = Big waste of money. Plus they pay people to write reviews of their program and give them their clothes to take selfies with.
